A training camp at Valencia CF with Danjuma and Ramazani as major figures

60 players from VCF Camps Holland & Belgium complete an amazing experience at Valencia CF

Sixty players from the VCF Camps that Valencia CF organizes each season in the Netherlands and Belgium have recently enjoyed a Training Experience at Valencia CF’s Ciutat Esportiva.

A selection of over 1,000 boys and girls participating in these VCF Camps Holland & Belgium had the opportunity to share training sessions at the same facilities where their compatriots, Danjuma and Largie Ramazani, train.

"For our kids in Belgium and the Netherlands, it’s great to see that we have Largie Ramazani and Danjuma at Valencia CF. We were also pleased to see that Danjuma was surprised to learn that more than 1,000 children participate in these VCF Camps," said Jorrick Lammers, coordinator of VCF Camps Holland & Belgium.

Guided by the example of Ramazani and Danjuma, the 60 selected boys and girls from VCF Camps Holland & Belgium enjoyed a Training Experience at Valencia CF’s Ciutat Esportiva, delving deeper into the methodology of the VCF Academy that they already follow in their VCF Camps. They also had the chance to enjoy a unique experience at Camp de Mestalla, stepping onto the pitch for a starting eleven photo with first-team players and celebrating victories against CA Osasuna and Deportivo Alavés.

Every season we organize more than 20 VCF Camps Holland & Belgium with over 1,000 children, and from there we select the most talented players to come to Valencia," Jorrick explained. "Beyond the training, they get a full experience at Camp de Mestalla—seeing the facilities, the pitch… it’s incredible for them.

over a decade at valencia CF

Valencia CF began this project in the Netherlands and Belgium over a decade ago, and it has steadily grown since its inception. "We started in 2014 with five VCF Camps, and now, twelve years later, we run more than 20 VCF Camps each year. We continue to grow the project because, in addition to the VCF Camps and the Training Experience, we will also participate in the VCF Academy World Cup in June, and we’ll have U14 and U16 players at the VCF Elite Camp. This connection with Valencia CF is a very important project for us," Jorrick concluded.

VCF Camps organized by Valencia CF worldwide are part of the VCF Academy Programs, which help expand the Club’s brand in strategic markets across America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania.
